Return Policy

Not the right fit ?  No worries. We're happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 14 days of delivery date. In-person returns are free. Mail-in returns have a $7 shipping label fee, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund. 
If you selected local pickup, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange your items, or return for store credit.

You can mail back items, or you can bring them to our location at 45891 Wellington Ave. Chilliwack , BC. V2P 2C8 (AFTER you have emailed us and received a Return Authorization email – see “How To Return An Item” below)

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Christmas Gifts purchased after Nov 25th, are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 6th with the tags attached. Must be added in the notes at checkout that it is a gift.
FINAL SALE items that can’t be returned include:
- All items in our “SALE” section
- Items discounted over 30% off during sales
- Hair Accessories
-Sunglasses & Blue Light Glasses
- Bodysuits, Tights, Nylons & all intimates
- Cosmetics & all skincare products/tools
- Gift Certificates
